It has over 7,000 sq ft of: Ballroom, Salon, Formal Dining Room, Old West Kitchen, Huge Southern Style Veranda Porch, Cellar with Tunnel, Attic, 7 fireplaces, 5 bedrooms, long hallways, 13 ft ceiling with thick crown mouldings, beautiful woodwork, and dramatically painted rooms. House has been used or staged as: a Fraternity House, Sorority House, Museum, Hotel, Courthouse, Period Victorian Estate and more. Property has had numerous photo shoots for Rock Bands and clothing lines, Music Videos, Ghostwhisperer, HGTV If Walls Could Talk, Several Independent Horror Movies, Spike TV, American Idol TV Interview, Murder Mysteries, USC Graduate Film School projects and even a full feature film starring Katherine Hepburn "Ollie Ollie Oxen Free"...90% of the movie was filmed in the Woodbury Story House and in its backyard.
