The 7000 sq ft Estate has 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, 7 fireplaces, a ballroom, a salon, living room, dining room, sunroom, long veranda, courtyard, cellar and a 3rd floor attic. The Estate has had many films made here including Kathryn Hepburn's "Ollie Ollie Oxen Free" to which 80% of the film was filmed in and around the exterior of the Estate.
